We protect your data and documents with our secure Google Workspace environment.
At Siam Visa Pro, each client benefits from a dedicated document space for the transmission of their supporting documents. Each file has its own Google Drive space, with access limited only to authorized individuals to process the request.
We use a secure Google Workspace / Google Drive environment, relying on Google's security mechanisms, notably data encryption at rest and in transit. Google indicates that customer content is encrypted at rest by default and protected during transmission.
To strengthen data protection, our environment is configured with a Europe region preference for data storage at rest on Google Workspace services covered by this policy. However, Google specifies that this rule only applies to certain covered services and should be understood as a data region policy, not as an exclusive localization guarantee in a single country.
Within our internal organization, we apply a principle of restricted access, separation of client files, and access limitation according to the operational needs of processing your request. This organization is part of a GDPR compliance and personal data protection logic. Google Workspace also provides a contractual framework for data processing, including a Data Processing Addendum and mechanisms related to data transfers, notably standard contractual clauses.
The Google Workspace infrastructure also relies on recognized compliance frameworks and audits, including ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.
