Terms, privacy policy and legal notice

1. Seller Identity

The website www.siamvisapro.com is operated under the brand Siam Visa Pro by DigitGPT LLC, incorporated in the State of Delaware (USA), located at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA.

2. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Sale define the terms for consulting, document engineering and administrative assistance services for obtaining visas for the Kingdom of Thailand. Siam Visa Pro acts as a service provider and administrative agent.

3. Nature of Services & Best-Effort Obligation

Siam Visa Pro provides technical and strategic assistance including:

  • Eligibility audit and situation analysis.
  • File engineering and optimization of supporting documents.
  • Submission assistance and administrative follow-up.

Sovereignty clause: Siam Visa Pro is bound by a best-effort obligation. The final decision (approval, refusal or postponement) is exclusively within the sovereignty of Thai authorities. Siam Visa Pro cannot be held responsible for consular decisions or unforeseeable changes in local regulations.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Prices are displayed in euros (โ‚ฌ) on the website or via specific quote.
  • Payment: Due in full before the start of the service.
  • Third-party fees: Unless otherwise stated, consular fees, certified translations, notary fees and bank fees remain the exclusive responsibility of the Client.

5. Client Obligations

The Client undertakes to provide accurate information and authentic documents. The provision of falsified, altered documents or misleading information leads to immediate termination of the contract without refund and releases Siam Visa Pro from all legal liability.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Refund

  • Immediate execution: By validating the order, the Client expressly requests the start of service delivery before the end of the legal withdrawal period (14 days) and acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal.
  • Non-refundable processing fees: In case of cancellation by the Client before final submission, a flat fee of โ‚ฌ149 is retained by Siam Visa Pro for audit and engineering work already performed.
  • Visa refusal: In case of visa refusal without client fault, Siam Visa Pro refunds all fees collected, except official consular fees. No refund is due in case of client fault (forged documents, undeclared background).

7. Limited Liability

Siam Visa Pro cannot be held liable for indirect damages (lost airline tickets, accommodation costs, loss of income). The total liability of Siam Visa Pro is strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the service concerned.

8. Data Protection (GDPR & Security)

Siam Visa Pro applies a strict data sovereignty and minimization policy:

  • Storage: Data is stored on secure servers located in Europe (Google Workspace Enterprise infrastructure, storage guaranteed in Europe).
  • Confidentiality: Access to documents is protected by strong authentication (MFA). No data is sold to third parties.
  • Purge Policy: All sensitive documents (passport scans, bank statements, criminal records) are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of notification of the final decision by the authorities.
  • Transfer: The Client accepts the technical transfer of their data to DigitGPT LLC (USA) in accordance with EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), and to Thai authorities for the purposes of the application.

Google Workspace infrastructure relies on recognized compliance frameworks: ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, design, AI algorithms, trademarks) is the exclusive property of DigitGPT LLC. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

10. Force Majeure

Siam Visa Pro shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to: closure of embassies or consulates, pandemics, natural disasters, governmental decisions, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.

11. Mediation and Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be prioritized. If the Client is a consumer residing in the EU, they may use a consumer mediator free of charge and the competent courts are those of their domicile. For clients outside the EU, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the State of Delaware (USA).
