Legal Notice

SiamVisaPro is a private administrative assistance service. We are not affiliated with the Thai government or any embassy. The price of our services includes our management and expertise fees, in addition to official consular fees.

Liability

SiamVisaPro commits to checking the completeness of files before submission. However, granting the visa is at the sole discretion of Thai authorities. In case of refusal for a reason not linked to an error on our part (e.g., criminal record, hidden migration history, arbitrary embassy decision), no refund will be made.

Data Privacy

We take the security of your data very seriously.

• Your documents (Passports, Bank Statements) are stored on encrypted servers.
• They are deleted from our databases 30 days after obtaining your visa.
• No data is sold to third parties.
